Discipling & Counseling

In the Great Commission, the Lord commands his church not only to make converts, but to make disciples: followers of Christ.

This was to be done first by preaching the gospel, and second by teaching them to observe all that Christ has commanded (Matt 28:19-20). To accomplish this, the Lord has given to his church apostles, pastors and teachers to equip the saints for the work of ministry and to grow
them in spiritual maturity. As mature believers, we are then to help other believers grow in their faith by intentional discipling.

This class will give us some practical tools to help us be equipped to disciple and counsel one another.
