Even though the preacher who delivered this sermon in a voice less perfect,it seemed to me to add to the power of this sermon. I greatly appreciated the wisdom of the difference between light, gospel of Christ and the darkness of this world and the sinful ones of this age of creation.

This is one of those subjects that is relevant at any point in life, and Pastor Green's comforting style really brings it home. Downloaded for future access!

I only discovered the ministry of Pastor Green recently, but he's really impressed me with the depth of his teaching. You can tell that he's had a lot of disappointments but still keeps his priorities straight. Who can put a price on knowing that the Lord is always there for us no matter what?

This is a brilliant rebuttal of the Orthodox church and its beliefs. Thank you for preaching this sermon.

I'm only two chapters in and I already consider this the best Hebrews commentary I've ever read/heard. Kit faithfully exposits the OT references to show the immense importance of the incarnation--for Jesus' work as High Priest (Kit's treatment here is just phenomenal--I had never heard or thought of some of the connections he makes.), as well as for the purpose of God for humanity as fulfilled in Jesus (esp. Psalm 8). The Hebrews writer's purpose is to encourage these believers in the faith as they experience suffering and pain, and these first two chapters are foundational to this end. Kit's exposition helps us to understand the encouragement that the writer is attempting to convey to his audience. Thank you Kit for your faithfulness to the Gospel of our great God and Savior!

Wanting to ensure everyone is able to enjoy/appreciate your well referenced reply, I submitted a (private) response to the TCC account 📬 ...looks like we're (at least) in agreement with 'premise' of my post about Matt.25:8 explaining how (at its core) - genuine faith cannot be compromised - thus, preserving the integrity of using the word "Virgin" (in the parable)

We need to keep in mind constantly that things are not what they seem. That when we look at things from the perspective of the kingdom of God many things are the opposite of what they seem.
