God's Peace Brings Unity

There are five marks brought out by scripture from the book of Ephesians on the church.

1. The church is inclusive of all type of believers.
2. The church is universal around the world. Although we may be part of a local body Christ has His church across the world and through the ages.
3. The Church is Holy. Holy in the since that it is separated from sin in its nature. Although made up of sinners the holiness of the church is based on the character of it's founder the Lord Jesus Christ who God Himself is the only righteous one worth to enter heavens gates.
4. The church proclaims the word of God where it derives its power. The scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the only truth of God.
5. The Unity of the church and it's fellowship with Christ and Believers. Christ gives hope to all groups and races. Without Him there is no hope for unity with each other.
