Reassurance in the storm

We all face storms in this life and we need reassurance, to have our confidence restored during the storm. The enemy wants to convince us that we are alone in this storm, but if you are saved then that is a lie. The Holy Ghost will direct us into a storm not to hurt us but to help us grow. Obedience does not give us immunity to the storm's opposition. We will get tossed about and toil the whole time in there but the truth of Jesus is right there with us just keep going forward no matter how long it takes. Do we need reassurance? Are we still moving forward or have we stopped?
