“Faithing” Life's Storms

We all experience storms in our lives – financial, marital, health, accident, etc. This passage is the story of Jesus and His disciples sailing across the Sea of Galilee when a sudden storm threatens their lives. There are 4 principles for “faithing” (or facing) life’s storms we can learn from this experience: 1) Even with Jesus in the boat (in our lives) we still can encounter storms, 2) Life’s storms cause us to cry out to Jesus, 3) Life’s storms are used by God to test our faith, 4) God promises that He will always carry us through the storm. Jesus may not always calm the storm like He did in the story, but He will always calm our soul.
