Victory through Faith Power

What does victory look like in the midst of the conflicts of this world? When citizens are killed by law enforcement, or the other way around, how are Christians to respond? How did Jesus respond? "Unless you repent, you will all likewise perish." How do you judge what's going on around you? By the strident lies of partisans on both sides? Or by the truths of God's Word?
