Knowing the Lord's Kindness

The Old Testament book of Ruth has much to say about God's kindness, and this kindness being reflected in the life of his people. Deeds of kindness are often done in unnoticed ways, and in sad situations, and they often appear to have little significance. However, this book teaches us that kindness is 'core business' and the way of our participation in God's kingdom.
