The Just Shall Live by Faith

We tend to think of faith in theological terms as a transaction. "I believe in order to receive justification” But faith is fundamentally an experience or a commitment of the soul. Faith is an expression of worship. It is saying "you are God and I believe your word and trust and treasure you above all else" if that does not describe "your faith" then your faith is not real. There are multitudes that believe all the propositional truths of the Bible but don't really treasure Jesus and bear little of his likeness.
