Worthy Fasting

We have been in a series on fasting. Isaiah 58 is not only about fasting, it is about having a heart for God and being a man or woman after God's own heart. In this study we explore both the dangers of fasting and external religion without the heart reality and the promise blessings of cultivating the fruit of the Spirit.
