Building a Legacy of Faithfulness – 4 elements:

Memory Verses: Proverbs 4:23-24
Day 1: Read Gen. 4:6-7 and discuss: What offering had Able had brought? Why was it accepted by God What had Cain brought? Why was it not accepted? Examine your own life and the life of your family and consider the practices you have and whether or not they are acceptable to the Lord.
Day 2: Read Deut. 6:4-6 and discuss: What is the Gospel? What is the central message of the good news about Jesus? Why is it good news? Examine your own life and look for evidences of the Holy Spirit having helped you to internalize the Gospel.
Day 3: Read Deut. 6:7-9 and discuss: Is it obvious to anyone else who would look at my life that I consider myself to be the primary teacher of my children? In what ways do I illustrate the reality of my redemption?
