The resurrection of Jesus changed the disciples and ultimately changed the world as the disciples preached the resurrection to all the world. The resurrection is like a big play in a game that affects the outcome of the game. Without the resurrection, there was death; with the resurrection there is new life in Christ. Without the resurrection there was despair; now we have hope. Before there was defeat, now we have victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
