The unity of the Old and New Testaments is vitally important but little understood in the modern church. God's covenant of grace applies throughout the Old Testament, and the primary meaning of "New" Testament is "better", not "different". The sign of the covenant is baptism rather than circumcision and is for all believers AND their children.
