Marriage and the Family

Those of us who had the opportunity to view the recently held very riveting debate between creation scientist Ken Ham of "Answers in Genesis" and evolutionist Bill Nye "The Science Guy" may recall that one of the primary points which Ken Ham drove home at various times during the debate was that all of the answers to the ultimate questions of life such as "Who am I?" and "Why am I here?" are recorded in the Book of Genesis! Not only so, but also in Genesis we find the answers to such practical questions as "Why do we wear clothes?", "What's wrong with pornography" and "Why should we care about life in the womb", and so on. Now, that being understood and greatly appreciated, as we turn our attention specifically to the words of our text as recorded for us in Genesis 2:18-24 we find ourselves being both informed and inspired by the fact that Adam's Problem, which was graciously met by God's Provision, resulted in a perfect Pattern for us to follow concerning Marriage and the Family.
