Spiritual Life By Spiritual Birth

Spiritual life is initiated by the secret begetting of the Holy Spirit. The secret act precedes man's decision or prayer. It doesn't coincide with an experience. It may precede a true and settled knowledge of the gospel. The life of man is carried in man's life. The life of God is carried in God's life. God is sovereign in the giving of His life.
