The Sovereignty of God & The Responsibility of Man

Man is accountable to God and responsible to repent. While at the same time God is sovereign over salvation and grants repentant faith to whomever He pleases. Jesus teaches both truths in the Matthew 11. He also declares that Sodom's sin was not as bad as Capernaum's sin. They had the Messiah performing miracles in their midst; and they rejected Him.
