Suffering Servant's Satisfaction

Theme: Christ, the suffering Servant, is satisfied because He fulfilled God's plan to redeem His people. In v. 11, Christ's satisfaction is seen in three ways: personal, spiritual, and in the sacrifice for sin. Also, Christ's experience and plan are seen; not only did He have knowledge of the plan, but He personally experienced it. Thirdly, we see Christ's righteousness, and finally His substitutionary sacrifice. Because of His sacrifice we have new life and a living hope!
