God's way of grace allows for no compromise with all the false ways we hear in our days. HOW DOES GOD SAVE HIS PEOPLE? Read the Word of God! But today we hear "Peace, peace" when there is no peace. Find the "old paths" and you'll find true rest for your souls in Christ Jesus the Lord — there is NO OTHER WAY! Remember Jesus said, "I AM THE WAY." We must know HIM in order to be saved from eternal destruction!

Bro. Henry Bame preached this message when he was asked to "sit in" for Bro. J. O. Dunn who was sick unto death. In fact, Bro. Dunn died within three weeks of this broadcast — in June 2001.

Now we have the painful duty of reporting that this speaker, Henry Bame of Salisbury NC, has recently passed away (on November 18, 2011), at the age of 90 — he was 80 when he preached the attached message. Bro. Bame was not healthy even then, but tried to serve his LORD even in affliction. We are saddened, but our sorrowful loss is his joy as he now rests in the Presence of the Lord he preached and loved!
