Spiritual Depression

Elijah has been a model for us in prayer and life. Yet he was also a man like us as James 5 would say. We see this clearly in this section in 1 Kings 19. Elijah should have been rejoicing at the miracles that were wrought and turning of the people's hearts. Yet what do we find? We find that him of like passions as us. He hears the threat from Jezebel and flees from Israel. Join us as we take a brief look at spiritual depression and Elijah's exit from the work in Israel.
