Improper Motives for Evangelism

Improper motives for evangelism are: envy or rivalry, for financial gain, for eternal gain, to remove guilt for past silence. Four major causes for guilty silence are: thinking we have no compelling incentive, or it is not our job, or we don't know what to say, or we doubt it will do any good. But these are easily answered. We may have our personal excuses also.
