Exodus 20_02

Arthur and Dottie Rymer were cherished friends who held a special place in our lives. Brother Arthur, a devoted pastor who shepherded several churches throughout his ministry, was a distinguished graduate of Liberty University. Revered for his profound faith and adorned with a charming dry humor, he left an indelible mark on all who knew him. Brother Arthur's commitment to spreading the message of God's commandments was evident in his actions. He undertook the task of visiting every school in Bartow County, initiating a county-wide campaign to uphold the sanctity of the Ten Commandments. His efforts culminated in the installation of a statue representing the Ten Commandments at Dillinger Park in Cartersville, Georgia. When the time comes for me to pass through the Gates of Heaven, I know I'll be eagerly searching for Brother Arthur, yearning for the joy of our reunion in the presence of our Heavenly Father. This sentiment resonates with the essence of the first two commandments as outlined in Exodus 20:2-3: "I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery. You shall have no other gods before me." Brother Arthur's life exemplified these commandments, as he steadfastly upheld the worship of the one true God and tirelessly encouraged others to do the same.
