Responding To The Word of God

It is no mystery that believers should spend time taking in, listening to, and reading the Word of God. This is pretty much common knowledge. But, what do you do with it once you have read it? Some would say "obey" it! And that is true. Others would say "apply" it! And that also is true. The next two weeks, however, we want to look at something even more valuable than these two responses. In fact, this "something" is the root and foundation for obedience and application. This "something" is responding to the Word of God, and it is indispensable to our spiritual growth and relational intimacy with Jesus Christ.
