The death of the apostle Paul is imminent. From a prison in Rome, he writes one last letter to Timothy on the purpose, power, and path of the church of Jesus Christ, the Risen One. Lured by commercial success and celebrity status, it is this apostolic vision of the church that we must recover today as we fight the good fight of faith between the Rise and the Return.
