It reminds me when I came across 2Corinthians 2:3,4 -Upon reading these verses while going through great trials gave me a comfort to have greater faith in my LORD! All of those trials have allowed me to comfort many others in their trials for these past 45 years in a greater way as many came to Christ. My trials started 3 months after praying: "Holy Father, prune me so I may know You intimately and let me know I am in Your will." The trials let me experience a HOPE that I knew was all going to be for God's Glory and to taste the more of Christ within. (Heb.6:19, Psalm 42:11, Phil.3:10)

This a was a great sermon to get your mind on the right track when it comes to thinking about all the injustice we see around us.

God is sovereign. In His mercy, He doesn’t explain. We don’t need to always know why. We just love Him with all our hearts, and live free from self to follow Him. Wherever He May place is. Our lives here are just for a season. Live the season loving God.

This message is so right on. What came to mind is that we accuse the evil acts in far off places; Mid. East, Africa, Russia, etc. But excuse the evils of USA where more die daily than in those places. We are afraid of ISIS coming to our shores; when our neighbor's child, or our own, is likely to be shot in the street, or while at school in the USA. As long as man preserves his life, his life will be lost. The woman at the well had a life change. The effect - transformation of her community. place. In saving others, she saved (e.g. removed some personal threats) herself. Matthew 28:17-19 was actualized. The fields are ripe for the harvest.

I was amazed at what Charles Bonadies gleaned from Habakkuk, and it is only the first message. I would walk a mile to hear preaching like this: Sound, Biblical and Inspiring. What I heard actually made me feel ashamed at what I did not get from my own study of Habakkuk. I will be listening to all 6 of these messages!

The vision shown in Habakkuk is greatly revealing in how we should look to God in times of tragedy. But we should be prepared to face difficult times by growing in the knowledge of God and not simply be shallow in God's promises. I an deeply impressed with the Book of Habakkuk and intend to study it regularly.
