A voice from history
It is difficult to imagine the challenges to 16th century travel when light, weatherproof clothing was unknown, progress relatively slow and crossed communication frustratingly common to such as Knox as he traverses Europe. However, the joy of access to Knox's messages gives a glimpse of the great man's power with his pen, reminding one of the Apostle Paul's pithy phraseology in his letters to the 7 churches. Knox discharges his ire at 'pestilent papists' as he argues 'damnable idolatry' of his own times. Great listening as a rare commodity in these light entertainment days. Thank you, Sermon Audio. Mt5:16
