I really like that y'all put .pdf & transcript with the sermon. I also was able to track w/you in your introduction. Just fyi faves are Numbers & Hebrews respectively. Genesis, Psalms, Proverbs & Acts are in their own category in my mind. The entire Bible is about the gospel of Jesus the Messiah as told by the four Evangelists. Look forward to your 70 chapter study (could easily be 100+) of a 50 chapter book. And it does not get much more exciting than for our creator to pull His curtain back and show us where the cookie (Gospel) is located!

Though it’s a hard road, God can do so much good in it! He IS good, and He DOES good! Be patient-He still (may) bring abundance. Trust-He is sovereign. Stay in His word daily. (Continue my yearly reading through the whole Bible). I almost went in person today, after watching online three months. Maybe I won’t be “chicken” next week.

I totally agree with the thorn in the flesh being the blessing; keeping us faithful, and tethered to Him. So thankful that He is unfailingly good! I know He is working in the dark providences (divorce/estrangement/cancer) to give way to the greatest blessings I could ever receive-Rom. 8:28.

Convicting and encouraging! What they (ex w/divorcing me, and kids completely estranging themselves from me) meant for “evil”, God meant for good-drawing me so much closer to Him. Thank you, Akash.

I loved the contrasts-Israel person/nation, and our “Egypt”/“Promised Land”. Thank you, Keller. I think this is my 10th or 11th week in a row watching CBC Sun. School and the services. I know a few people from 20 years at Grace who go there-I remember Akash, and your name seems familiar too.

I loved hearing the whole book told using the names/places meanings. Being divorced/single, I also love the fact that He provides us with the ultimate husband for His people-Jesus Christ. So thankful for the kindness and grace of God in my life! Thank you, Akash. (And I chuckled when you said Fred, instead of Friend!). ☺️

LOVE is the fuel for our faith and hope. Was married to someone you/we used to know, who was more about the theology and knowledge, but was a “tough guy”. So thankful for the Lord’s love and mercy! Like you said, we need to lavish His love on and serve one another, like Christ. Thank you, Akash!

I pray others would see His glory displayed in my sufferings; and that I would not be overcome by the pain in this world-and never forget the sweetness of my salvation! Lord, keep my head lifted; and help me to wisely navigate your path for me. Thank you, Todd.

What an amazing intro to my favorite book in the Scriptures!

Our sermon tonight at my church was about having balanced time concerning our Savour. As I have heard your sermons before and already knew how good they are i decided to spend some more time with the Lord thru you! Thank you for being a vessel of truth for the glory of God! I was tremendously blessed by the message!
