Very comforting message about my shepherd who I must have

Thank you, Brother Brit! Let the righteous smite me, it shall be a kindness.

Question, Can we strive for perfection? It seems like work to me. I will continue to rest in my Savior who is my perfect cover.

This message gave me great hope to look to Christ in Christ alone when I fall in temptation and yield to sin that Christ grace and faithfulness is there in time of need. Thank you,

A great and true declaration of this passage. The critical comments of 'Brian' clearly reveal that he does not know the Lord Jesus Christ, of Whom all the prophets speak and Who Solomon so clearly typifies throughout the Song. The whole song is about Christ and His church, as brother Britt clearly preaches. Such true, Christ honoring preaching deserves praise, not criticism; but then brother Worthan's praise is truly of God, and not men.

God is All-powerful, All-sufficient, and He will accomplish His plans. He needs not the help of our flesh. We must let God to start and finish all things in us and for us.
