Noel Hughes began his ministry in the Free Presbyterian Church of Ulster as Assistant to his late Pastor Dr. Ian Paisley, before taking up pastorates in Gardenstown, Scotland, and Ballyclare, Northern Ireland covering a period of 23 years.
