Dr. Jeff Roach

Jeff Roach is the chief economist for Horizon Investments as well as the chairman of the Investment Committee. Dr. Roach is responsible for all market analysis and portfolio management. Prior to joining Horizon Investments, he was senior economist at Bank of America where he worked in Corporate Investments and supported the chief investment officer of the bank. In order to facilitate cutting edge research, he maintains frequent contact with Federal Reserve Board economists, Wall Street analysts and other leading economists from around the world.
