Dr. Jeffrey Miller

Jeffrey Miller was ordained by the Rubyville Community Church January 6, 2008 and accepted the pastorate at the Scioto Baptist Church in Lucasville, Ohio on March 19, 2008. Jeffrey holds a Master of Arts Degree in Theology from Emmanual Baptist University and is currently working towards a Ph.D in Religious/Biblical Studies from Trinity Theological Seminary. Jeffrey is also an Adjunct Professor of Biblical Studies at the Ohio Christian University, Chillicothe Ohio.Pastor Jeffrey was forgiven of his sins and covered by the blood on September 20, 1987 while attending the New Cumberland Nazarene Church in New Cumberland, WV. He accepted and committed to the call to preach while attending Church in Guanzou, China in August of 2006. He is honored to have served and been mentored under the preaching and teaching of Dr. Calvin Ray Evans of the Rubyville Community Church.
