Raymond was a much beloved elder who passed January, 2023.
Raymond was saved by His Lord Jesus in 1984. He served as an elder for over 25 years and did many projects at the church, as well as leading adult Sunday School classes.
He was a career office with Houston police department until his retirement in 2011. He spent the 28 years of his career working with hostage negotiations.
