BJ Le Gras

Pastor BJ Le Gras was saved as a teenage before enlisting in the Marines. During his tours of duty there was little external evidence of spiritual grown until his engagement with the Navigators, a discipleship ministry. While serving in the Marines, BJ obtained a B. A. in English from the University of Maryland and a MSA in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. After completing his active-duty service, he earned a MDiv with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theology Seminary where he met his wife Cheryl, they have not been blessed with children. BJ is pursuing a DMin (ABD) from Knox Theology Seminary. He served nine years as a bi-vocational pastor in Schertz, TX. During his seminary training and while pastoring, he gained a greater understanding of reformed theology. BJ previously served as a Chaplain in the Texas State Guard and remains a bi-vocational pastor with Emmanuel.
