Ethan Braafladt

Ethan is a 21-year-old young man who is currently studying biblical counseling through ACBC and is looking into pursuing a formal education in Biblical studies and counseling at The Master's University. He has a passion for the sufficiency of scripture and for letting God’s word be the ultimate authority in defining who we are as people and who God is to us, as our creator and our Lord.

Although Ethan grew up being taught the gospel, he would say he was truly saved at the age of 17, as this was when the LORD used a Bible centered church, Woodland Christian Church, to really open his ears and heart to the true heart issues of sin, and God’s deep desire for people to turn from their sin and toward a life of living in peace with Christ, as well as letting the peace we have with God produce a deep and lasting joy in life.

Ethan currently serves as worship leader at his church, Woodland Christian Church, and has a passion for worshiping through singing and piano. Aside from his lead pastor, Scott LaPierre, some of his other favorite teachers who have inspired him are John Piper, RC Sproul, and John MacArthur.
