With more than 51 years of broadcast experience, Wayne serves many ministries as a radio host, interviewer, VO talent, and consultant through his agency, Wayne Shepherd Communications in Naperville, IL.
His own weekly program, "First Person" (FirstPersonInterview.com), is heard on more than 450 stations.
In addition to the board of directors for National Religious Broadcasters, Wayne also serves on the board of the Far East Broadcasting Company and as chairman of the Mission Eurasia Board.
