Sarah Moore

Sarah Evans Moore holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Pedagogy from the University of South Carolina, where she was recipient of the William H. Nolte graduate teaching award. She earned her Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees in piano performance and pedagogy from Bob Jones University. She has presented at local and state music teachers groups, the Music Teachers National Association conference, and the National Conference for Keyboard pedagogy, and her articles have appeared in publications such as Clavier Companion, the MTNA e-journal, and Piano Pedagogy Forum. Dr. Moore is the immediate past president of the Augusta Music Teachers Association and is a member of the teaching adults committee for the National Conference for Keyboard Pedagogy. She has taught private and group piano both independently and in university settings since 2000.
