Pastor Chris Baran was called to preach at age 13 at the Mount Salem Revival Grounds in West Virginia. He attended Bible College at Capital City Baptist Church in Austin Texas. He answered God's call to be a missionary in Cebu Philippines where he helped build the North Cebu Baptist Church for 10 years. He took over as Senior Pastor of Faith Bible Baptist Church of Eden NY in March of 2023. He is married to Elizabeth Troyer and has four wonderful kids.
