Will is the Chairman and President of the Board of ITEM - International Theological Education Ministries (https://www.item.org/) whose mission is to provide Biblically-based, Reformed teaching and training worldwide primarily for indigenous pastors to help equip them for ministry. Will graduated with a Masters of Divinity and a Masters of Theology from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO.
