Don is the founding pastor of Truth Community Church and brings a diverse background to the pastorate. He graduated from Indiana University Law School and was a litigation attorney in Chicago for several years before leaving his practice to pursue ministry training.
He completed his Master of Divinity and Master of Theology degrees with highest honors at The Master’s Seminary. Don simultaneously had a lengthy career at Grace to You (John MacArthur’s international media ministry), including several years as its Managing Director.
In addition to his pulpit ministry, Don has published several books, including Trusting God in Trying Times and An Easy Guide to Missing Heaven, as well as several academic articles on biblical themes. His wife, Nancy, was a pastor’s daughter before taking a remarkable step of faith by marrying an attorney in 1988. The happy marriage has produced six children and a growing number of grandchildren.
