Theodore Letis, Ph.D.

Dr. Theodore P. Letis is Director of the Institute for Renaissance and Reformation Biblical Studies. He is past President of the University of Edinburgh Theological Society; and is a member of the Society of Biblical Literature, the American Academy of Religion, and the American Society of Church History. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh in Ecclesiastical History and an honors M.T.S. from Emory University in American Church History. He has completed graduate studies at Westminster Seminary, St. Charles Borromeo Seminary, , and Concordia Theological Seminary. He also holds the BA degree in Biblical Studies and History from Evangel College with additional undergraduate studies completed at Southwest Missouri State University. He edited and contributed to The Majority Text: Essays and Reviews in the Continuing Debate, and authored The Ecclesiastical Text: Text Criticism, Biblical Authority and the Popular Mind.
