Assurance for the Anxious
Series Acts of the Risen Christ
Corinth was a challenge for Paul, not least when the split in the Synagogue happened. He recalled what had happened in Thessalonica, and suffered anxiety over it. So the Lord came with the assurance "Fear not... I am with you." And so he speaks to us in our anxieties, and encourages us to trust in him.
