Zeroing In

Zephaniah starts with a bang. He immediately begins by grabbing the reader with both hands and not letting go! He describes the coming judgment as utter destruction, but this judgment is the final judgment. Then, shockingly, he backs out and looks at Judah. The people of God find themselves at the center of God's wrath and judgment.
