Prone to Wander

We canot help but to wonder, how the children of Israel could turn away from God so quickly. How they could go, from only days earlier entering into a covenant with God; to asking Aaron to build them a golden calf?!
The answer is, and we must be willing to admit...that we are all prone to wander. Prone to leave the God we love. May we humbly consider the high cost of stumbling away from God.
