It fuels joy when we remember,

(a.) We are slaves.
(b.) We are saints.
(c.) We are in Christ.
(d.) We are gathered in local churches.

II. THE WORKFORCE FOR CHRISTIAN JOY (V. 1b)

For our joy, God has planted:

(a.) Overseers
(b.) Deacons

III. THE FOUNTAINHEAD OF CHRISTIAN JOY. (V. 2)

Joy is the result of:

(a.) The gift of grace.
(b.) The gift of peace.
