Jesus's Suffering is Our Suffering

We continue in the series on The Preeminence of Christ looking at our suffering being Jesus’s suffering. This is, admittedly, a strange truth—that in our suffering, Christ is suffering. However—this truth is proven out in many scriptures, such as Isaiah 63:9 “In all their affliction He was afflicted…” Furthermore, it’s a wonderful truth that gives us great comfort and is proof-positive of how God loves us.
