Exhausted Appeals
Series The Life of Christ
The plea for unbelievers to trust Christ has two appeals. The funeral song is the negative message which warns of danger to come. The wedding song is the positive message which promises blessing and peace. Both messages are true and both messages must be preached to unbelievers. Sadly, neither appeal is heeded by many who remain in their unbelief.
