Basics #3 – Our Goal – is that as believers, we might grow in real, PRACTICAL GODLINESS – 1 Timothy 4:7 … “…exercise yourself toward godliness.” Godliness is God being manifested in a believer's life… Godliness is the sacred impression and workmanship of God changing us from the inside out—into the image of Jesus Christ – 2 Corinthians 3:18. If our devotional life is what it ought to be—then according to Proverbs 2:5, we will understand;

(1) The Fear of God – Psalm 34:9-15

(2) Find the Knowledge of God – John 17:3; 2 Peter 1:2-12
