The Effects of the Gospel

God intends for the preaching of the gospel to have effects on our lives. Specifically, we are to depart from iniquity and follow after righteousness. The judgment of God will be about how the gospel affected us in our earthly walk. God is ready to reckon with those who claim to be saved, but who are not affected by the preaching of the gospel.
