2. It is not a question of whether or not there are any benefits of the death of Jesus for all people, benefits short of salvation

3. It is not a question of whether or not the saving benefit of the atonement is actually applied to all. Neither side believes all will be saved

4. It is not a question of whether or not a meaningful offer of the gospel may be extended to all who hear it
