Greet One Another With A Kiss Of Love

After telling Christians to "love as brothers" (1 Pet. 3:8),and to make fervent love for one another a priority (4:8), Peter closed his letter with a command that this fervent love should be fervently expressed by a "kiss of love". This is a command. Is it a command to us?
