1. Every person is as thoroughly depraved as he can possibly become.
2. Every Sinner is without knowledge of the will of God and a conscience that discriminates between good and evil.
3. A Sinner cannot do virtuous things in relation to his fellow man.
4. Every Sinner will indulge in every form of sin.
