A day of rest is a blessing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Our Creator knows us well enough to know what is best for His creation. The desecration of the Lord's Day or the New Testament Sabbath has cursed so many nations who at one time honored such a day. May we not miss out on the blessings associated with keeping the Sabbath holy.
